John Faddoul is President of Aidel Developments Ltd., which was incorporated in 2018. A native of Halifax, he has more than 12 years' experience running commercial and residential real estate projects. John's background is also very diverse including past work experience in fields such as sales, marketing, social media, investments and trades on the TSX, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (Federal Government), financial & accounting reporting, property management, and most importantly, construction management.

John received bilingual secondary and post secondary education in Halifax completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business Management from Dalhousie University.

John is also active in many community organizations including sitting on the Executive Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014 'Light the Night',  serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Canadian Lebanon Society of Halifax in past years and continues to be an active participant within his community as Sports Committee Head for the society.
